We built MyNonRenewal to handle sensitive documents carefully. This page explains what we collect, how it's stored, and your choices.

What we collect

• Your uploaded notice (PDF or image) and the facts extracted from it, such as carrier, dates, reason, policy number, and address if present.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, not your card details.
• Basic usage analytics (for example, “report viewed”) with coarse properties such as state and notice type. We never send document content, names, addresses, policy numbers, or report links to analytics.

How documents are stored

• Files are stored in private cloud storage. There are no public links.
• When you view your original file, we create a link that expires after 60 seconds.
• You can permanently delete your uploaded document from your report page at any time. The facts you confirmed remain so your report keeps working.
• We do not log document contents.

How documents are processed

To extract facts, the document content is sent to our AI processing provider over an encrypted connection. It is used only to produce the extraction for your report. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see your report

There are no accounts. Your report is available at a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone with that link can view the report, so share it only with people you trust.

Retention

We keep reports so you can return to them. You can delete your uploaded document at any time. To request deletion of a full report, contact us with the report link.
