Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyNonRenewal. By uploading a document or purchasing an action plan, you agree to them. This is an MVP version of our terms and will be updated as the service develops.

1. Educational service only

MyNonRenewal provides educational information and document summaries. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, or representation, and it does not recommend specific insurance products. See our Disclaimer.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only upload documents you have the right to share, relating to your own property or one you are authorized to act for.
• Review and confirm extracted information. You are responsible for decisions you make and for meeting any deadlines.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' reports, or interfere with its operation.

3. Payment

The full action plan is a one-time purchase of $29 (USD) per report, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. If the plan fails to unlock after a successful payment, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

4. Report links

Reports are accessed through a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone with the link can view the report, so keep it private. We cannot recover a lost link.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep state information accurate and sourced, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or applicable to your situation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyNonRenewal's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
